Sande joined Union in 2013 as a leasing agent where she acquired her Real-Estate license. She was quickly promoted to Property Manager and continued her education to obtain the designation of an Accredited Residential Manager (手臂) certification. In 2021 Sande has taken on the role of Director and continues to lead the department successfully. Sande also has 30+ years of management and customer service experience.
